The Fundamentals of Leadership Course helps emerging leaders in the p-h-c industry better establish the foundational tools needed to become a leader.  The tools and strategies taught in this course are well established techniques that have been utilized by all types and levels of successful leaders.  This is an intensive one day course with 8 very specific modules that give attendees a glimpse into what they need to be learning on the job, with additional training, and from other leaders.   Upon completion, you will have better understanding and knowledge of what it takes to lead a team, and not just manage their workload.
